Due to volume, we cannot respond to most issues, but we are working hard to improve Lantern.
Diagnostic logs assist with troubleshooting and improving the application, but we do not retain personal information, in accordance with our privacy policy.
DesktopTo submit an issue on Lantern Desktop:
- open Lantern and select "Settings" from the account menu
- from the "Feedback" tab, select your issue and describe the problem
Mobile (iOS & Android)
- navigate to the Account tab
- choose Settings
- select Report an Issue
